Fire-Roasted Chilis
Our signature offering. Grown in mountain-fed hydroponic channels, then roasted fresh over an open flame. The heat builds slow, the flavor runs deep. Available by the pound at farmers markets and select pop-up events across Western Montana.
Fresh Peppers
Sweet bells, hot fresnos, smoky poblanos. We rotate varieties with the season. Crisp, hydroponic-fresh, and harvested close to market day. No cold storage, no cross-country shipping.
Strawberries
Grown in the same mountain-water system that feeds our peppers, our strawberries are small-batch and seasonal. When they are at market, they go fast.
Armenian Cucumbers
Mild, crisp, and longer than a standard cucumber. Thin-skinned and tender enough to eat without peeling. A farmers market favorite and one of our highest-yield crops.
